WARRANTY SERVICE


1. Warranty service rules

1.1 - Rules and terms of warranty service are set by equipment manufacturers, buyer should become acquanted with them in the bying process.

1.2 - The main document for a warranty repair is a product invoice with product serial number, or warranty stickers on components.

1.3 - Warranty service of products with manufacturer's company warranty, is carried out in Autorized Service Centers (SC) using original warranty coupons or product's serial number.

3. Obligatory conditions

3.1 - Product must be in an original packaging and in full complectation, with detailed problem description.

3.2 - Products with unreadable titles or serial numbers are not accepted.

3.3 - In arguable cases, when, as a result of obvious client incompetence company suffers any losses, warranty department have a right to demand their compensation.


4. Warranty obligations are made void in the following cases:

4.1 - Warranty coupon (invoice with marked serial numbers) is lost or has corrections, or warranty sticker is damaged.

4.2 - Product was damaged by owner's fault (has mechanical damages, signs of self-attempted repair, low quality or wrong power supply, incorrect transportation and s.o.).

4.3 - Client used un-licensed software.


5. Warranty obligations and responsibility

5.1 - Warranty department is obliged to repair or replace a product with an analogous one within 30 days.

5.2 - Warranty department is not responsible for any delays in performing or not performing their obligatios, if it happened due to a 'force major' (war, fires, explosions, flood or other disasters, economical crisis, customs delays, strikes and s.o.)

5.3 - Warranty department is not responsible for any damage caused to other equipment working in tight connection with a product.

5.4 - Warranty department is not responsible for a security of data on hard discs or other data containers.
